Objective of our Graduate Programme

The objective of our Graduate Programme is to launch your career within the Façade Industry. It will provide you with a 100% real-world experience and will allow you to apply academic learning to real-world situations.

We want to cultivate your project management, problem-solving, communication and leadership skills.
We have limited spaces available for students in their Final Year of study or recent Graduates from the last two years, in our Design Department and our Construction Department and would like to hear from students of the following disciplines:

Who We Are

The Alucraft Group has a long-standing history in both Ireland and the UK of delivering exceptional architectural glazed façades on a vast array of projects, including some of Dublin’s most iconic buildings. We work in tandem with visionaries in architecture and construction from the conception stage through to project fruition providing design, engineering, manufacturing, installation and maintenance of our façade systems to meet the aspirations of our client’s design intent and quality finish.

Founded in 1975, the Alucraft Group has grown from strength to strength and now currently employs over 150 people directly from our facility in Clondalkin, Dublin with more offices located in the UK, Poland and the Philippines.
