New Project Announcement: Pritchatts Park

Alucraft Systems Limited part of The Clarison Group, are pleased to announce the recent appointment by Equans to design, fabricate and deliver the window, door, and feature grill installation to the Pritchatts Park Campus Development, at the University of Birmingham.

The redevelopment is set to enhance the on-campus experience for both the students and staff, transforming the accommodation village into a low-carbon campus. Hundreds of new high-quality student homes will be built along with a multi-story car park and some existing accommodation refurbished.

With sustainability at the heart of this redevelopment, our design and engineering capabilities have enabled the client’s brief to be realised. This is a continuation of our great regional relationship with Equans following the successful delivery of Freemans Common. We look forward to supporting the Equans team at the University of Birmingham where we have also successfully delivered the School of Engineering, University Hotel and Conference Centre, and the Centre for Brain Health.
