New Project Announcement: Project Tempo

Alucraft System’s strategic partner ISG has awarded us the façade design, fabrication, and delivery of Project Tempo, Maidenhead, including the timber/hybrid curtain walling, aluminium rainscreen cladding and glass louvres.

The upgradof this four-storey building, which sits on a prominent 1.4-acre site at the heart of the town centre, will improve the quality and usability of the commercial space and create a more attractive and sustainable office building. The rejuvenated building will also deliver enhanced ESG credentials both in construction and use and is set to become one of the greenest buildings in the Thames Valley. Legal & General is targeting an EPC A and BREEAM Excellent rating.
