Our Senior Management Team

Stephen joined the business in February 2024. He has substantial experience in the construction industry and a successful track record of delivering business turnarounds for companies including Barhale Construction plc and Clugston Group Ltd.

Daren has over 30 years of experience in Construction, working within both Specialist Sub Contracting and Main Contracting. Daren joined EAG in 2013 and was promoted to Operations Director in 2023. He works closely with the Pre-Construction and Production Teams and has overall responsibility for the delivery of projects.

Nick joined in June 2020 as Finance Director. Having qualified in 1997, Nick has held numerous finance roles within the construction industry over the past 22 years, including Group Finance Director at Avonside Roofing and senior finance and commercial appointments at Kier, May Gurney and R G Carter. Nick is responsible for Finance, IT, HR and Health and Safety.

With 25 years of aluminium fabrication experience, including 20 years within EAG, Peter is the Manufacturing Director responsible for the product delivery team encompassing the procurement and fabrication departments of the business over four sites.
