Located in the Sandyford Business Estate, One South County is a new landmark Grade A LEED Gold office development which has 140,000 sq ft arranged over five floors. The offices feature a full height atrium and penthouse roof garden.

The façade was manufactured from Schuco FWS 50 Capped and Schuco FW 50 SG Curtain Wall Glazing with PPC aluminium systems in a selection of RAL colours. The scope of work also included a full height atrium with a sloped glass roof. Floor to ceiling windows flood the space with light using a combination of Guardian SN Super Neutral glass products. This glazing façade offers a number of benefits including maximising light transmission, minimising heat gain due to the solar coatings and offering U values in the region of 1.0W / m²K.
