New Project Announcement: Portland House

Alucraft Systems Limited, part of The Clarison Group, has been awarded the contract to design, fabricate and install the replacement windows for Landsec’s iconic landmark building in Westminster. The refurbishment will provide c.300,000 sq ft office space and retail space.

The decision to refurb the building will achieve a c.60% reduction in embodied carbon compared to the current GLA benchmark, providing a more sustainable solution and something we feel will be realised across the market, especially in the commercial office sector.

This is another contract award by a client for Alucraft Systems, which will be novated to our key customer, McLaren.
