New Project Announcement: Weir Mill

Alucraft Systems Limited, part of The Clarison Group, are pleased to announce their recent appointment by John Sisk & Son Ltd on Stockport’s historic Weir Mill Project, to design, fabricate and deliver the façade.

The project will restore the derelict Victorian mill into design-led apartments by creating a high-quality development delivering the newest and greenest urban neighbourhood in the city region. The site is next to the city’s iconic viaduct and will bring 253 one, two and three-bed apartments and 24,000 square ft of commercial space to Stockport. The Alucraft project delivery team is due on site in February 2023.
